Mr. Kim Fowley is working on an independent film, called "Pink Cement". I was invited by Theresa Kereakes to be the still photographer for the night shoot. The location was by the Virgin Megastore on Sunset & Crescent Heights in West Hollywood. The filming took place inside an apartment that was once rented by Tennesse Williams, also at one time Clark Gable was an resident as well. The place had alot of history, BUT no ghosts!
Kim, was one of the first people I interviewed for Sounds Magazine in England. That was in 1977. He even remembered it... Kim was still the interesting person I remember. He is very intelligent in every possible way. He made the shoot, along with the Miss Theresa Kereakes very smooth... It was nice to work with people who knew what they wanted and knew what they were doing as well. Kim was direct and to the point of what he wanted. Included in the mix of people were singer Abby Travis, Andrienna, who is a singer and dancer. Roy Rogers & Allegra too, they are both working to make West Hollywood a better place to live in.
I think this film is about how the "real" hollywood is slowly disappearing, does anyone remember the Garden of Allah? It is a parking lot now. Big developers are tearing down those old beautiful buildings for crappy looking buildings. Ambassor Hotel had been torn down too kiddies..You know the place where RFK was shot...GONE!
Well, this was an awesome chance to work with Kim & Theresa, it was worth it and I am grateful to of been asked to use my talents behind the camera for the film... When this film is released, run out and see it!

Here is a Public Thank You to Kim Fowley and Theresa Kereakes for letting go on the ride with you both!
